• AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT! CAN I STILL GET IT!?

YES! Because all my products are made in small batches, they tend to sell out on the quicker side! If you contact me via instagram or email (suds.by.n@gmail.com), let me know which item you're interested in and I will see if I can make it for you!

 

• WHY ARE SOME SOAPS PRE-SALE/4+ WEEK CURE TIME?

When soap is made via cold process method, they are required to cure. Technically, cold process soap is safe to use after a few days. However, we recommend letting the soap cure for 4-6 weeks in a cool, dry place with good airflow. Excess water will evaporate, which creates harder and milder bars that last longer in the shower

 

• WAIT, WHAT IS COLD PROCESS METHOD?

Cold process soap is made by combining oils and sodium hydroxide lye, which causes a chemical reaction called saponification. In the process, you get to choose the oils, scents, colorants, and any other ingredients.

 

• TIPS ON PROLONGING MY NEW SOAP BAR?

Do not let it sit in water when it's not in use! Use a raised soap dish if possible.

 

• DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

I do! All wholesale questions must be emailed directly to suds.by.n@gmail.com.  High level, I have a 25 unit MOQ. Discounts range from 15%-30% based on quantity of units ordered.

I do! All private label questions must be emailed directly to suds.by.n@gmail.com.  Discount pricing is the same as wholesale, however, there will be an additional design cost added on based on quantity and level of difficulty of design.
